Creative Labs Soundblaster Audigy 2 pc sound card. To create a more immersive sound from your pc I find that a standalone card serves much better than an onboard equivalent. That said the onboard equivalents are starting to provide the feel of good quality playback, I don't think they will ever beat the discreet sound card. I used this card with Creative Inspire 7.1 speakers and the respective Creative software and was not disappointed with the results. A great card and well worth the money I paid for it.
