I had been using Heidoc pretty religiously to get my office ISOs for valid install but all of their download links seem to have broken. I have a client who has MS Office 2010 Professional but they're moving to a new machine. The key is theirs, valid, and linked to a Microsoft account but they have no idea which one. In order to download the installer from MS directly I need to sign in with the appropriate MS account but it's been 4-5 years since they installed it and do not remember the MS account.

I recently completed a Microsoft Self-Audit and discovered that we have an additional 50 copies of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus, MAK. I have contacted customer support via online chat and they have confirmed my key is valid, they gave me a number to call to continue my quest for the download.

Upon calling that number it told me to fill out a form online and it would put a ticket in for someone to call me. The fee for submitting that ticket would be nearly $300 dollars (I might as well get the next version of office). I have searched the web for days now and have attempted to download then activate every trial version and have had little luck. I also discovered a page that allows you to use your product key to download a copy of the version you need, however when trying to submit it it states that the version of office associated with the key does not allow additional copies to be downloaded.
